As a Performance Campaign Executive at Revolution, you’ll be at the heart of delivering multi-channel growth campaigns that fuel our clients’ top-line performance. You’ll work directly with our Performance Campaign Manager and alongside specialists in Paid Media, Content, SEO, ABM, and Data; combining strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking to build campaigns that convert. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-performing, cross-channel campaign plans aligned with clients’ growth goals.
- Create impactful email, ABM, and social content that drives engagement and pipeline.
- Collaborate with SEO, paid, and design teams to ensure every campaign is performance-optimised.
- Use ABM tools to build data-driven campaigns that target high-value audiences.
- Facilitate campaign rollout across regions, coordinating translation and localisation where required.
Client Growth & Partnership
- Work with the Performance Campaign Manager to translate revenue and growth objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Insights & Performance
- Input campaign deliverables into Jira to facilitate robust campaign management.
- Support the analysis of campaign data, conversion rates, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Turn data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, ahrefs, and BI dashboards.
- Support the creation of campaign reports that clearly articulate ROI, performance, and recommendations.
- Monitor, measure, and refine - ensuring every campaign outperforms the last.
- Share learnings across teams to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Manage priorities and deadlines with precision and professionalism - and bring your energy to the team every day.

The Process
- The interview process is two stages.
- Stage one consists of a 30-minute Google Meet call so that we can get to know you a bit better, and you can make sure we’re a good initial fit for you.
- For stage two, we’ll ask you to complete a small task based on your previous experience. You will present the outcome of the task to us during a face-to-face interview at our head office and have the opportunity to ask us any questions you might have.
