Rebel Rebel is a fast-growing, award-winning beauty business disrupting the professional beauty industry with innovative products, bold branding and exceptional customer service. Operating globally, we work with leading manufacturing partners in China and distribute products through multiple international warehouses, supporting customers around the world.

As our business continues to scale rapidly, we're looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a critical leadership role that will ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, while driving continuous improvement across our systems and processes.

What you'll do:

  • This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the end-to-end management of Rebel Rebel's global supply chain.
  • You'll oversee purchasing from our manufacturing partners in China, manage all international freight, coordinate inventory across four global 3PL warehouse locations and ensure complete accuracy of inventory transactions within our ERP system, Unleashed.
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll lead a team of two Inventory Administrators while helping build scalable processes that support Rebel Rebel's ambitious international growth plans.
  • You'll be responsible for managing inventory across approximately 800 active SKUs spanning five fast-growing beauty brands, with regular new product launches and range expansions.
  • Ensuring stock availability, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across this growing portfolio will be central to your success.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building as much as managing. This is an opportunity to shape the supply chain of a rapidly scaling global beauty business, developing the systems, processes and people that will support our next phase of growth. You'll be comfortable bringing structure to complexity, challenging existing ways of working and using technology—including AI—to drive smarter, faster and more accurate supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management
    • Own the end-to-end global supply chain across four international 3PL warehouse locations.
    • Manage purchasing and production orders with manufacturing partners in China.
    • Forecast purchasing requirements alongside commercial and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels across five brands and approximately 800 active SKUs, supporting frequent new product launches and business growth.
    • Manage stock allocations across all warehouse locations to maximise product availability.
    • Plan and execute international stock transfers between warehouses.
    • Ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliations, cycle counts and robust stock controls.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
    • Take ownership of inventory reporting and stock health across the business.
  • Freight & Logistics
    • Manage all international inbound freight from China through to our global warehouse network.
    • Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
    • Monitor shipping schedules, proactively managing delays, supply risks and cost implications.
    • Continuously review freight performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • ERP & Systems
    • Own all inventory transactions within Unleashed ERP.
    • Ensure purchasing, receipting, transfers, adjustments and stock movements are processed accurately.
    • Maintain exceptional inventory data integrity.
    • Drive improvements in reporting, automation and supply chain processes.
    • Champion the use of AI tools to improve forecasting, reporting, operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Leadership
    • Lead, coach and develop two Inventory Administrators.
    • Set clear priorities, objectives and performance expectations.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Support the Operations Director with strategic supply chain planning and operational projects.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability across the global supply chain.
    • Build meaningful reporting and dashboards to support business decision-making.
    • Review and improve existing supply chain processes as the business continues to scale.
    • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Operations and warehouse partners to optimise planning and inventory performance.

What you'll have:

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys working in an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment.

Essential

  • Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations and international supply chains.
  • Strong purchasing and supplier management experience in China.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
  • Confident using ERP systems for inventory management; experience with Unleashed would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up business.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve reporting, planning, efficiency and operational performance.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and inventory forecasting.

  • Join one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty brands during an exciting period of international expansion.
  • Take ownership of a truly global supply chain with genuine autonomy and influence.
  • Play a key leadership role in shaping the systems, processes and team that will support our future growth.
