It is perfect for someone organised, calm under pressure, and confident juggling multiple moving parts.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintaining and updating the shoot calendar, aligned to launch dates, sample availability and retailer print deadlines.
  • Coordinating e-commerce imagery, ensuring shoots, retouching and delivery stay on track.
  • Working closely with the Product team on image approvals and feedback loops.
  • Managing image administration, including file naming, organisation, version control and archiving.
  • Liaising with the Product team to source samples for shoots and track availability.
  • Writing call sheets, shoot schedules and shoot-day documentation.
  • Assisting with sourcing shoot crew (photographers, MUA, stylists etc) and supporting budget management.
  • Supporting the Brand Design Lead with shoot briefs, shot lists and creative references.
  • Assisting photographers on shoot days with props, backgrounds and setup.
  • Acting as a key point of contact to communicate timelines, risks and expectations to the wider business.
  • Helping ensure creative production runs on time, on budget and to brand standards.

What You Need

  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail, especially around image approvals and asset delivery.
  • Comfort working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of shoot workflows, from pre-production to post-production.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude.
