We’re looking for a Creative Production Assistant on a fixed term contract for one year. This role sits at the heart of our creative production process, supporting photoshoots, image delivery and cross-team communication to ensure launches run smoothly and on time. You’ll work closely with the Brand Design Lead, Product team and external partners to keep shoots organised, work towards deadlines, and manage expectations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating creative production logistics, particularly around shoots and imagery, ensuring everything runs efficiently from planning through to delivery. The role is fast-paced, ever-changing and requires a team member who is confident, resilient and self-sufficient. It is perfect for someone organised, calm under pressure, and confident juggling multiple moving parts.
What You’ll Do
- Maintaining and updating the shoot calendar, aligned to launch dates, sample availability and retailer print deadlines.
- Coordinating e-commerce imagery, ensuring shoots, retouching and delivery stay on track.
- Working closely with the Product team on image approvals and feedback loops.
- Managing image administration, including file naming, organisation, version control and archiving.
- Liaising with the Product team to source samples for shoots and track availability.
- Writing call sheets, shoot schedules and shoot-day documentation.
- Assisting with sourcing shoot crew (photographers, MUA, stylists etc) and supporting budget management.
- Supporting the Brand Design Lead with shoot briefs, shot lists and creative references.
- Assisting photographers on shoot days with props, backgrounds and setup.
- Acting as a key point of contact to communicate timelines, risks and expectations to the wider business.
- Helping ensure creative production runs on time, on budget and to brand standards.

- Experience in creative or shoot production, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail, especially around image approvals and asset delivery.
- Comfort working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of shoot workflows, from pre-production to post-production.
