We are operating brands, supporting founders and building our own brands so there will be lots of opportunities to make a difference.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Copy Writing: Writing in the brand tone of voice across all platforms. We need someone who can speak fluent gen‑zalpha and understand how this translates from a brand POV.
  • Story Telling: Creative writing is a huge part of the role, so we want to see how you’d apply personality in your story telling & creative ideas.
  • Creative & Marketing support: You’ll be involved in brand direction working with the Creative Director of Trouble Maker and assist in bringing marketing to life with creative launch plans.
  • Brand Support: Managing deadlines with the Social, Product, Digital, and Marketing team’s requirements to get emails, content plans, and product copy out on time, every time.
  • Organisation Delivery: Assisting on creative photography briefs to elevate story telling visually and manage the photography schedule with product samples & props.
  • Trend Researcher: Monitoring trends & social moments to report back to the creative team. From beauty, to fashion, to the wonderfully whimsical worldly stuff.
  • What you'll have

• Whimsical storytelling abilities - above all else!

  • Enviable organisational skills (even the creative stuff has to get done on time!).
  • A free thinking mind to flow with fresh ideas.
  • Diligent proofreading skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
  • A trend-lover heart with their finger on the pulse.
  • A pure interest in makeup & the beauty world is ideal.

How to apply

  • Show us what makes you a great storyteller. Ideally, your application should tell your story and what makes you great for this role in your own unique way.
  • Tell us what makes you a Trouble Maker, how you create and disrupt.
  • Bonus points if you can show us what you’ve created and how you did it.
  • Your CV to see your previous experience.
  • You’ll thrive here if
  • You’ve got a great imagination.
  • You thrive on having a creative outlet and can be disciplined in your work.
  • You’re speedy! Because we’ve got so many big ideas to make happen as well as the ad‑hoc of a start‑up brand.
  • You want to learn beauty branding in a growing startup brand.
  • You’re proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • You’re driven and excited to create at a high standard.

If this sounds like you, tell us!

We’d love to see your creative spark in action, so if you have one, please include a portfolio with your application!

It doesn’t have to be related to this role specifically, just something that shows off your creative eye and the skills that makes you a perfect fit for this role… Ultimately if you’ve got the right creative drive, we want to hear from you!
