We're looking for a Digital Designer to play a key role in delivering high-performing creative across paid media, e-commerce and digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through compelling, performance-driven creative that drives engagement and conversion across every digital touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for an experienced digital designer with strong skills in using AI tools and an interest in continuing to build these skills. You will also have a background in paid social, motion design and e-commerce creative. You'll create and execute a wide range of assets, including digital campaigns, CRM communications, website content, paid social creative and retail marketing materials.
What You'll Do
- Paid Social & Performance Creative: Create high-performing, platform-native creative for Meta, TikTok, Amazon and retail media channels. Produce static, motion and short-form video assets for social and performance marketing campaigns. Optimise and iterate creative based on testing insights and campaign performance. Partner with the Paid Marketing agency to develop concepts that drive engagement and conversion through effective storytelling, pacing and visual hierarchy.
- Motion & Video: Create motion-led assets for paid and organic digital campaigns. Develop engaging short-form video content, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to accelerate production.
- E-Commerce & DTC: Design digital assets across the customer journey, including website content, landing pages and promotional graphics. Support PDP development and digital merchandising across Amazon and retail partners. Design and maintain website components, landing pages and digital design systems in Figma.
- Digital Campaigns: Create assets for email campaigns, product launches and key seasonal moments. Adapt creative across channels and formats while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
- Creative Systems & Workflow: Help develop efficient design workflows that support high-volume asset creation. Work closely with the Brand Design Lead to evolve and maintain brand guidelines and design systems.
- AI & Creative Innovation: Champion the integration of AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, concept development and production workflows. Explore emerging AI tools for moodboarding, concept generation, content creation and production.
What You'll Have
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital design role, ideally within beauty, wellness or consumer brands.
- Experience working within DTC, e-commerce or performance marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social creative, motion design and digital campaign work.
- Proven experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other digital-first platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
- Strong motion design and video editing skills, with experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout and composition.
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, digital layouts and collaborative workflows.
- Strong understanding of performance-focused creative and how design impacts engagement and conversion.
