We are looking for a Retoucher & Studio Coordinator to join our London team. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and experience in photo editing. You should be able to manage studio operations, multitask efficiently, and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.

You will be responsible for retouching all in-house studio photography, post-production of assets for e-commerce and retail as well as assisting our photographers with studio coordination. The ideal person will bring a strong technical ability to deliver at speed without compromising quality with previous experience in a similar studio setting within fashion or beauty.

Finally, you’ll be someone who embraces Revolution's dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment and being comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.

Retouch & Post Production
  • Retouch all in-house studio photography projects from ecommerce product, still life, functional model and model campaign imagery to a high standard, adhering to Revolution Beauty’s strict retouching guidelines.
  • Technical capability of colour correcting and matching, advanced cloning and healing, comping, masking, cutting out, adding/removing shadows, applying new backgrounds, batch processing raw and retouched images.
  • Manage all retailer image cut-out and resize requests.
  • Quality check all imagery before uploading.
  • File management: name, resize and upload all assets, making sure our servers are organised.
  • Ensure a consistent end-to-end asset delivery journey that is on schedule, communicating any deadline concerns.
  • Assist Lead Producer with managing and scheduling post-production workflow.
Studio Coordination
  • Support photographers when required with lighting checks and setting up for shoots.
  • Make sure that studio equipment is organised and well looked after.
  • Purchase equipment and props on the direction of the Head of Design/ Lead Producer/ Photographer.
  • Assist Lead Producer with sample management for all shoot needs.
What You’ll Have
  • Able to retouch to a high standard, within a quick timeframe.
  • Technical understanding of Mac OS, Photoshop CS, Capture One, Adobe Creative & Microsoft.
  • Experience using Wacom tablet.
  • Experience using Profoto lighting and Canon cameras.
  • Experience of a busy studio in a similar role, ideally in beauty or fashion.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Great communication skills and good attitude.
  • Keen interest in photography.
  • Video editing experience is a bonus!
