We’re looking for a PR & Influencer Executive to join our London team and help amplify Revolution Beauty across PR, social and creator channels. Reporting into the PR & Influencer Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing impactful campaigns, building meaningful relationships with creators and press, and driving brand buzz across key markets. This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same, from influencer gifting and events to campaign reporting and talent sourcing. What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns across both organic and paid activity
- Identify, engage and build strong relationships with influencers, agents and media
- Own and grow our organic influencer initiatives with fresh, creative thinking
- Manage end‑to‑end PR mailers, from concept to supplier comms to reporting
- Support paid influencer campaigns, including talent sourcing, briefing and reporting
- Work closely with PR agencies on day‑to‑day activity and alignment
- Write press releases and support wider PR communications
- Support the planning and execution of events, including on‑the‑day delivery
- Monitor and organise data on our creator platform, Tribe Dynamics
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support launches and drive impact
- Manage stock and samples for PR and influencer activity
- Support general team admin, reporting and organisation
- Keep on top of beauty trends and competitor insights
What you’ll have:
- 2–4 years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing or social (ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle)
- Proven experience executing influencer campaigns (organic and/or paid)
- Experience managing PR mailers or product seeding
- Strong understanding of the influencer and beauty landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance
- Proactive, hands‑on and confident managing your own workload
- A true team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and relevant tools/platforms
