The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing product launches to life through impactful campaigns, clear messaging, and seamless cross‑functional coordination. What You'll Do
- Campaign & Creative Development
- Develop creative campaign concepts to support weekly product launches across the business.
- Work closely with Product Development teams to gain a deep understanding of products, formulations, benefits, and consumer positioning.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and best‑in‑class campaigns.
- Define clear and impactful product claims and messaging that simplify communication and strengthen campaign focus.
- Use strong copywriting skills to craft engaging campaign headlines, launch messaging, and marketing copy.
- Launch Planning & Execution
- Support both smaller launches and large‑scale “revolutionary” launches across the brand portfolio.
- For major launches, partner closely with the Brand Design Lead to coordinate campaign shoots and ensure all creative deliverables are planned and executed effectively.
- Ensure all launch requirements are captured and delivered on time, with strong attention to detail throughout the process.
- Be the brand “gatekeeper”.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Lead coordination across multiple stakeholders including E-commerce, POS Design, Digital Design, Social Media, PR, and other key teams to deliver impactful 360° launch plans.
- Develop comprehensive launch toolkits to support global execution across all channels and markets.
- Own and manage marketing calendars, ensuring launches are strategically aligned and workable across global markets.
- Ensure communication and brand messaging remain consistent across all touchpoints and channels.
- Market Activation
- Collaborate with the UK local marketing team to develop strong activations and launch moments for key campaigns, including retailer and launch events, working closely with the PR manager.
- Support the adaptation and execution of global campaigns to maximise local relevance and commercial impact.
