General Manager – Revolution
Location: Leeds – Salaried
Salary: ÂŁ45,000 – ÂŁ47,500

You’re not just overseeing operations—you’re the heartbeat of the venue, inspiring your team and setting the tone for great nights and even better results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’re the Ultimate Party Starter—coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service with energy and passion.
- Whether it’s developing an Assistant Manager or guiding a new bartender, you help your team grow and thrive.
- Manage busy nights and tricky moments calmly, ensuring smooth, professional service even under pressure.
- Make sure the venue is compliant, efficient, and always ready to go.
- Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong.
- Lead by example when it comes to standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality.
- You bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales.
- You work closely with the Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must-visit destination and a great place to work.
