We are looking for a talented and ambitious Duty Manager to join our Cuban familia. As a Duty Manager of our beautiful bar, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business! Our Duty Managers are the key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it!
Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a Duty Manager role, as you’ll need to work with the management, kitchen, sales, and front of house teams to motivate and inspire your team! If you’ve got experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this could be the perfect role for you!
