Overview

We're looking for an outgoing, people-loving, creative individual to join our team as Business Development Manager in the North West area, overseeing our Liverpool venue - Revolution Albert Dock. Whether you’re a Brand Ambassador, Events Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager or experienced in Business Development, if you’re naturally relationship-driven and know how to generate excitement and business through human connection, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

As Business Development Manager, your focus will be driving revenue and footfall across our Liverpool Venue by turning relationships and opportunities into real results. You’ll play a key role in converting private hire enquiries into confirmed bookings, while actively generating new leads through networking, outreach and relationship building. You’ll work closely with each venue's General Manager to develop creative event concepts that give guests compelling reasons to visit, helping to drive footfall and boost sales. You’ll also research and build partnerships with external promoters, brands and businesses to host third-party events that bring in new audiences and further drive trade.

Ideal candidate

Someone who has the confidence and passion for building relationships whilst being sales driven. Hospitality or retail experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Requirements
