Associate People & Culture Partner – Revolution
This is a field-based role with travel across UK bars.
Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus
We’re on the lookout for a super-talented and ambitious Associate People & Culture Partner to join the Revolution brand team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for their first partnering role or ready for someone with experience but wanting to take a sideways step to grow and progress.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with our bar teams and leaders to deliver an outstanding people experience across the Revolution brand.
- Owning the talent plan to ensure our bars are supported by outstanding people at every level.
- Leading on senior recruitment for the brand, ensuring we hire the best Party Starters in the industry.
- Supporting and leading our epic training events to inspire and develop our teams.
- Driving inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives that reflect the Revolution ethos.
- Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence and fairness
- Working both strategically and hands-on to make sure our people processes and culture drive success.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with ambition, drive, and a hunger to develop into a fully-fledged People & Culture Partner role.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine connection to the Revolution brand.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Great organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent, or currently studying towards it.
