About The Role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale.
They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Manager to play a key role in preserving and enhancing our UK Bank’s financial stability, meeting obligations to customers, and remaining within risk appetite.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the launch of new features in the UK
- Executing key operational processes for the efficient running of our UK Bank’s Treasury function
- Monitoring daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios
- Overseeing risk positions to ensure compliance with risk appetite
- Developing a deep understanding of day‑to‑day operational processes using the latest technology in fintech and banking
- Enhancing processes, reporting, and procedures to optimise treasury operations
- What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a treasury role within a UK bank
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills to work at speed with our hyper‑growth mindset
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience implementing new procedures and creating reports
- A willingness to learn new skills via specialisation and breadth of exposure
- Great stakeholder management skills
- The ability to break down a problem and implement solutions promptly
- Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple treasury disciplines
- Previous involvement in ILAAP or ICAAP
- Modelling skills with SQL or Python
