About the role

The CASS team provides an oversight and advisory function for interpreting and implementing FCA CASS regulations, ensuring Revolut’s systems and controls are robust in safeguarding client money and assets.

As part of the first line of defence, the CASS Manager proactively manages risk, ensuring operational compliance and strong governance structures.

With our investment product offering expanding, so is our Operations team.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to perform monitoring and control activities within the UK CASS function.

This role is critical in maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing our risk management structures.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Designing, developing, and executing efficient testing processes to ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations
  • Keeping the firm’s CASS Resolution Pack up to date
  • Coordinating and managing internal and external audits and reviews related to CASS compliance
  • Reviewing changes to CASS rules, and assessing their impact on Revolut’s processes
  • Ensuring compliance with CASS 6 and 7 due diligence rules
  • Ensuring compliance with CASS 8 rules
  • What you'll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator
  • Solid knowledge of CASS 6–10
  • An understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to client asset protection and reconciliations
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • A willingness to continuously develop and improve your knowledge/skills
  • Nice to have
  • A professional certificate/diploma in compliance or CASS
  • A degree in Economics or finance
  • On the Job experience with SQL and data analysis to support reconciliation processes and compliance reporting
  • Prior exposure to regulatory audits and interaction with regulatory bodies
