About the role

Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Principals are Revolut's general problem solvers. You'll take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
  • Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
  • Leading and executing key company initiatives

What you'll need:

  • A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
  • A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
  • Experience working abroad or as an expat
