We\\\’re looking for a Risk Manager Graduate to support the Head of Model Risk in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with machine learning and statistical models used across Revolut. You\\\’ll be exposed to cutting-edge AI governance and risk frameworks from day one.

What you\\\’ll be doing
- Supporting model owners in conducting model validation across machine learning and statistical models
- Performing comprehensive data analysis and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Collaborating with Data Science, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure models are robust, reliable, and used appropriately
- Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes to stakeholders
- Contributing to the integrity and reliability of Revolut’s AI and risk models
What you\\\’ll need
- To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 grade (or equivalent grade)
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field
- Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work with complex datasets
- Basic programming knowledge for data analysis, preferably in Python
- Familiarity with statistics, model development concepts, and risk management principles
- Full-time availability from September 2026
Nice to have
- Experience or coursework in machine learning or AI
- Knowledge of financial regulations related to model risk (e.g., SR11-7, IFRS9)
- Internship or project experience in fintech or financial risk
