Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

What you\’ll be doing
- Supporting senior Product Owners in defining product strategy and roadmaps
- Gathering and analysing data, from user feedback to market trends, to guide decisions
- Collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to deliver features from concept to launch
- Writing clear product requirements and ensuring smooth implementation with technical teams
- Conducting user testing and iterating based on results
- Monitoring key metrics and applying insights to drive improvements
- Managing tasks, tracking progress, and presenting outcomes
- Sharing updates with global teams and learning from senior leaders
- Receiving regular feedback to support your growth
What you\’ll need
- A predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent grade)
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, maths, physics, or another STEM subject
- To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for technology, innovation, and customer experience
- The ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability from September 2026
