About The Role

The Legal team partners with business areas to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to entering new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and scalable for the long term.

We are looking for a Paralegal who will undertake a variety of tasks, including reviewing commercial contracts, drafting correspondence, and conducting research. This is a high-impact role supporting new product launches, regulatory compliance, and international expansion. You will have opportunities to take on responsibility early and are encouraged to build scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the legal team with tasks such as reviewing commercial contracts and drafting correspondence
  • Assisting with drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Leading document management and other administrative tasks for the legal team
  • Helping to launch and grow new markets
  • Managing operational risk, including regulatory filings and registration preparation
  • Capturing legal know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
  • Actively seeking new scalable processes to support the legal team
  • Defending and protecting intellectual property
  • Reviewing commercial agreements, including NDAs and third-party agreements

What You’ll Need

  • A graduation year of 2024, 2025, or 2026
  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum classification of a 2.1 (UK) or equivalent
  • At least 12 months of availability
  • Experience working at a law firm, compliance firm, or in-house in a similar role
  • Solid analytical skills and sound legal and business judgment
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to build good working relationships
