About the Rev‑celerator Graduate Programme
The programme is built for graduates who want to launch a fintech career. Over 12 months you’ll work on real product challenges, grow your skills through training and hands‑on experience, and explore different business areas. Top performers can be promoted during or after the programme.
About the Role
As a UX Research Graduate you will help product teams understand customer needs, behaviour and opportunities. From early discovery to evaluating live experiences you will run research that informs decisions, uncovers insights and improves the customer journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to support multiple product teams
- Explore customer needs and behaviours to guide early‑stage product scoping
- Evaluate concepts, prototypes and live experiences to identify friction points and opportunities
- Frame research questions, select the right methods and run small studies end‑to‑end
- Analyse behavioural data and spot patterns using basic spreadsheet tools
- Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product and design decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Data to ensure findings are understood and implemented
- Present insights through concise storytelling, frameworks and internal presentations
- Contribute to research best practices, documentation and knowledge‑sharing across the team
What You’ll Need
- Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
- A degree in psychology, design, sociology, anthropology, behavioural science, economics, philosophy, marketing or a related field
- A proactive attitude and love for problem‑solving
- Fluency in English
- Ambitious and results‑driven mindset with strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
- Full‑time availability from September 2026
Nice to Have
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience working with financial products or in fintech
- Exposure to international or multi‑country research contexts
- Coursework or projects in behavioural science, cognition, decision‑making or ethnographic methods
- Experience with UX tools (Figma, Maze, UserTesting, etc.)
- Experience designing surveys or using survey tools
