So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About The Role
In the Revolut RocketShip, there’s not many teams more important than Product. To put it simply: there’s no lift off without these guys. Frankly, there’s no rocket. Every one of our award-winning features started here and all our future ones will too. This is an individual contributor role in the Strategy team, part of the CEO Office at Revolut. The team aims to identify market gaps, opportunities and actionable product initiatives that drive mass adoption of Revolut in core and expansion markets. Its ultimate goal is to ensure that Revolut has a company-wide, consistent Product Strategy that develops the company’s vision and that each department has a Product Strategy that maximises the value of the company as a whole.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior executives and the CEO on developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments.
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding information from the market back into company strategy and department roadmaps.
- Tracking and analysing competitive position and product performance globally.
- Helping scope and launch new verticals for the company.
- Defining initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets together with Expansion and Territories teams.
What You’ll Need
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
- A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas.
- 3+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting, investment bank/PE/VC, or fast-growing technology company in a business/product/strategy role.
- Love for problem solving and strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design.
- (Good to have) Track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning.
Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow every day. We’re not just doing this because it’s the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers. That’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
