About The Role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach, using their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We’re looking for a Product Strategist to lead our onboarding enablement efforts. You’ll act as the link between our Sales team and the Onboarding Product team, developing impactful sales content and making sure every customer gets off to the right start.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Developing sales aids, such as product one-sheeters, website content, competitive intelligence sheets, FAQs, archetype playbooks, and product certifications
- Refining product positioning for each market and customer segment
- Hosting training sessions for Account Executives and Sales Managers, including 101s for new hires and product updates for the department
- Aggregating, rationalising, and prioritising feedback from Account Executives (live or via conversational intelligence) into actionable data for Product Owners
- Advocating for critical features in product planning and roadmap discussions, then closing the loop with Sales
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research to understand how to best position our features
- Meeting with key clients to promote features and gather feedback
- Gathering and aggregating relevant inputs from stakeholders to identify opportunities for scalable solutions
What You\’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or go-to-market strategies
- Experience working in banking onboarding
- The ability to act as a subject matter expert for our products
- Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for SMB audiences and sales executives
- Experience working with sales teams to empower them with knowledge and resources to effectively position, promote, and launch new features
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, customising for different audiences
- Experience leveraging analytical skills to explore complex datasets, identifying trends and drawing actionable insights
- A customer-centric focus and passion for driving innovation
Nice to have
- Demonstrable commercial/sales experience, particularly in fintech
- Experience owning a given product, feature, or process and being accountable for its success
- A degree in finance or business
- Experience in B2B startups or SaaS companies
