What you'll be doing
- Identifying customer needs by deeply understanding their behaviour and how our youth products work globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams.
- Independently driving impactful go-to-market launch strategies by owning development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and PR strategies.
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.
- Working with Product and Marketing teams to brief them on customer insights and messaging to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns.
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns to inform the go-to-market strategy.
- Delivering campaigns with a solid bias for growth and business impact.
- Scaling product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources, such as playbooks for regional marketing teams.
What you'll need
- Experience in either B2C product, growth, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company).
- A passion for Revolut’s products.
- Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or payments.
- Expertise setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams.
- A solid track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations.
- The ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with anyone and work in a high-performance, dynamic environment.

Compensation range
Krakow: PLN18,400 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
Poland: PLN18,400 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
