About the role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We're looking for an FX Forwards Product Sales Executive to build and drive a sales pipeline for our range of FX derivatives. You'll bring your product expertise to the Sales team to help close complex sales opportunities by cross-selling and pitching to our existing base of Revolut customers and prospects.

What you'll be doing:
- Working independently to build and close a customer pipeline
- Prospecting directly across the existing base of Revolut Business customers by focusing on a solution-based sales approach
- Communicating Revolut's FX forward value proposition to prospective customers in the Nordics and select Eastern European countries by identifying issues with their current providers
- Building confidence, skills, and expertise in FX derivatives across the Sales team
- Sharing knowledge to maximise opportunities in the pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets defined by management
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Clear articulation over the phone
- Experience selling FX forward products in a non-bank environment
- A demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
