About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to drive long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals across the globe. You’ll be managing wealth and trading investment performance as part of a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multi‑asset investment portfolios and wealth offering
- Designing and managing Revolut’s investment strategies
- Building and running the investment process
- Combining external inputs and internal research to set asset allocation, construct portfolios, and manage risk
- Working with Product and Engineering teams to create tools for portfolio implementation, re‑balancing, and analysis
- Developing clear communication processes that translate market views and portfolio positioning from the investment team
- Communicating to advisors and clients through our app
- Contributing to a next‑generation investment platform, integrating investment management with class‑leading fintech infrastructure
What You’ll Need
- Experience with multi‑asset portfolios, not exclusively fixed income
- 3+ years of experience managing multi‑asset portfolios, working on the buy side
- A degree in STEM, finance, accounting, or other quantitative discipline
- A CFA (level 1 minimum)
- Practical experience with Python, R, and/or Matlab
- A deep understanding of the macroeconomic situation and how it impacts markets, portfolio construction, and risk management
- The ability to communicate investment views clearly

- A CFA level II or III
