About the role Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (CRO) to scale end-to-end growth across our core markets and oversee paid acquisition performance across multiple channels. You'll also lead landing page and CRO initiatives for paid traffic, including landing page creation, testing, and optimisation to improve conversion rates across the acquisition funnel. What you'll be doing Owning growth and performance across paid channels for our core markets, managing budget allocation, campaign optimisation, and market-level growth opportunities Leading landing page creation and optimisation for paid acquisition traffic, owning the CRO testing roadmap, including test ideation, prioritisation, execution, and analysis Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS, and web teams to improve website layout, user journey, and funnel conversion Leading technical/process projects required to enable faster landing page changes, website layout updates, and scalable experimentation Identifying opportunities to improve conversion efficiency beyond media buying, including messaging, page structure, forms, and funnel experience What you'll need 4 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure A degree in business, marketing, data, computer science, or related field Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, and GTM Knowledge of web attribution and experimentation frameworks, such as incrementality testing Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems A solid understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Impeccable communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Fluency in English Nice to have An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry, such as fintech Familiarity with in-app marketing Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
