About The Role

Our Talent Acquisition team shapes the future of Revolut. We seek a Recruiter who will ensure engineering candidates enjoy a great experience throughout the hiring process. You will plan and execute first‑class hiring strategies and bring top talent to Revolut.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruit exceptional talent for rapidly growing teams

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for software engineering roles
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Technical acumen
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new domains, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts
  • Strong organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
  • Great problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • High ambition, self‑motivation, and passion for our vision
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have
