About The Role
Our Talent Acquisition team shapes the future of Revolut. We seek a Recruiter who will ensure engineering candidates enjoy a great experience throughout the hiring process. You will plan and execute first‑class hiring strategies and bring top talent to Revolut.
What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for software engineering roles
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Technical acumen
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new domains, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts
- Strong organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Great problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- High ambition, self‑motivation, and passion for our vision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English
