About The Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme

Well, the Rev-celerator Graduate Product Owner programme is designed just for you. First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start developing your skills. After successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training where you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own. At Revolut, we set the bar high and reward those who strive for excellence. Top-performing graduates will have an opportunity of a full-time contract following the programme to continue working with us. The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is now open to international candidates from around the world, willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with senior Product Owners to learn and contribute to the product development process
- Assisting in defining product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
- Gathering and analysing data to inform product decisions, including user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive product initiatives from concept to launch
- Creating detailed product requirements and specifications, working with Design and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
- Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to iterate on features and designs
- Monitoring key performance metrics and using data to make informed product decisions
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in product management
What You’ll Need
- A first class or above predicted or achieved grade
- Fluency in English
- To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as a STEM field
- Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
