About the role
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
We’re looking for a Head of Product to rethink our products and fraud systems to be AI-centric. You’ll leverage AI for automation and enable intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes. Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a financial crime product team, designing features that improve security across Revolut’s global platform
- Building teams to align with product objectives and developing team members to enable their career growth
- Overseeing your team’s product roadmap, from strategic planning and conception, to execution and launch.
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing large teams (product leaders at Revolut directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
- Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and back office systems
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
- A bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
- The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
Compensation range:
- Krakow: PLN45,800 - PLN50,900 gross monthly
- Vilnius: €9,600 - €10,600 gross monthly
- Poland: PLN45,800 - PLN50,900 gross monthly
- Lithuania: €9,600 - €10,600 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
