About the role: Marketing at Revolut is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. Our Social Media team turns bold ideas into campaigns that connect with millions. What you'll be doing:
- Creating and publishing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Managing day-to-day posting across TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, and other core channels
- Owning the brand's voice in comments and replies, especially on X and Threads
- Collaborating with designers, producers, and partners to bring social-first ideas to life
- Analysing performance data to optimise reach, impressions, and engagement
- Experimenting with concepts, hooks, formats, and posting times to grow audiences
- Building content around key partnerships, such as Audi F1, ManCity, and Primavera Sound
- Spotting trends in internet culture and translating them into on-brand content ideas
- Helping shape and maintain content pillars and always-on social series
- Contributing to reporting on brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
What you'll need:
- To have graduated in 2025 or 2026 from a top university
- Experience working on social media for a brand, creator, or your own channels
- A solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and Threads
- Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form content using mobile or desktop tools
- A track record of writing posts, captions, or replies that fit a distinct brand voice
- The ability to read and interpret social metrics to inform creative decisions
- A genuine passion for internet culture, memes, creators, and social trends
- Impressive communication skills to collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the drive to test, learn, and iterate quickly
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Experience working with a tech, finance, or consumer lifestyle brand on social
- On-camera experience as a host or creator for short-form content
