About The Role

Revolut’s operations team tackles complex, hard-to-solve problems by creating scalable, elegant solutions. We are expanding globally and seek a Head of Global Markets Strategy to scale our Wealth and Trading business. You will lead the design, definition, and implementation of our global trading execution strategy and operating model, ensuring excellent product delivery while enhancing efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Driving opportunities and innovation for our Wealth and Trading business, collaborating with Product to bring solutions to market while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supporting the development of long-term growth and profitability plans.
• Defining and implementing target-state booking and execution models across equities and derivatives in multiple jurisdictions.
• Establishing efficient front-to-back operational setups to support the target state.
• Guiding our Engineering team in designing electronic trading platforms with robust risk management.

What You\’ll Need

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and business transformation within investment banks, hedge funds, or trading-focused financial institutions.
• Extensive experience in building and developing trading platforms across equities, fixed income, and derivatives globally.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, electronic and algorithmic trading environments, operational and regulatory setups.
• Proven ability to manage complex, regulated financial products and deliver customer-facing trading solutions.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, EMIR, SEC.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Successful track record in leading large-scale business change in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of fixed income products and markets.
• Cross-jurisdictional experience.
