We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across our investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Reviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
  • Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
  • Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
  • Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
  • Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
  • Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto

  • Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight
  • Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations
