About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

We’re looking for a Growth Account Executive who’ll leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Conducting analytical assessment of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities and deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach
  • Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups
  • Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs

What you\’ll need

  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email
  • 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss
  • Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships
  • A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team
  • Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders
