We're looking for a Senior People Partner to manage our HR strategy.

You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight, regulatory compliance, and operational execution to implement policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Acting as the senior HR leader in the UK, partnering with executive stakeholders and board-level committees
  • Driving the People strategy aligned with business and regulatory priorities
  • Representing HR in senior governance forums, including management, regulatory, and board discussions
  • Ensuring HR compliance with UK regulatory frameworks, including governance, controls, and reporting
  • Overseeing HR processes, ensuring they're robust, scalable, and compliant
  • Partnering closely with Legal on complex employee relations, disciplinary processes, and risk mitigation
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR policies, frameworks, and controls
  • Leading cultural initiatives, including engagement surveys, feedback loops, and action planning
  • Building and embedding high-performance culture aligned with Revolut’s values
  • Driving talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability
  • Scaling the team in line with business growth and regulatory complexity
  • What you'll need
  • 6+ years of HR leadership experience within a regulated financial institution or bank
  • Experience operating in a head or chief role within in a large, complex organisation
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working directly with regulators, board members, and governance committees
  • Expertise across SMCR, related regulatory frameworks, end-to-end HR processes, and employee legal relations
  • Familiarity with culture, engagement, and organisational development
  • The ability to lead in a highly structured, regulated environment with extensive controls and reporting requirements
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills at the executive level
  • A data-driven, structured, and results-oriented approach
