About The Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution‑oriented approach. We’re looking for a Growth Account Executive who’ll leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features. What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting analytical assessment of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities to deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach
  • Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups
  • Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email
  • 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment
