About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Financial Controller who’ll report to the Group FC. You'll focus on Revolut's TechCo entities, responsible for non-operating branches and subsidiaries of Revolut Ltd. Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the monthly accounting close process and bookkeeping
  • Overseeing month-on-month movements in the GL
  • Collaborating with our Global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings
  • Managing local audits and taxation
  • Supporting the launch of new branches
  • Managing accounting vendors
  • Acting as the point of contact for finance-related matters
  • Leading automation projects
  • Improving processes to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through both automation and control measures

What you'll need:

  • Fluency in English
  • 6+ years of experience in a related position (4+ if you're a qualified accountant)
  • Experience as an external auditor with some financial services industry experience, or as a financial controller or accountant in a large organisation
  • Knowledge of European direct/indirect tax regulations
  • A solid understanding of how to apply IFRS standards

Nice to have:

  • An accounting qualification
  • Experience in a Big 4, or in financial control within financial services or banking
  • Experience working in a similar role managing entities
  • The ability to work with SQL for analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with NetSuite
