About The Role Revolut’s Crypto team is expanding quickly, with strategic partnerships central to our growth. With RevolutX live and institutional demand rising across 30+ markets, we are developing a next-generation crypto platform for sophisticated clients like hedge funds, corporates, market makers, and digital asset treasury teams. As Business Development Manager – Crypto Institutional, you will lead client acquisition, foster strategic relationships, and shape the commercial foundation of Revolut’s institutional crypto offerings. This role combines sales, commercial structuring, and ecosystem engagement, offering you direct impact on a key vertical. If you excel in fast-paced environments and want to influence how institutions engage with crypto globally, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Leading strategic partnerships and revenue initiatives in the institutional crypto space Sourcing and onboarding clients such as liquidity providers, large market participants, corporates, and funds Structuring and negotiating commercial terms with exchanges, custodians, brokers, and infrastructure providers Collaborating with Product, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams to develop new services and integrations Developing partnership frameworks and sales collateral for global expansion Managing end-to-end partner relationships, including outreach, contracting, onboarding, and performance tracking Representing Revolut Crypto at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums What You\’ll Need 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy within crypto, fintech, financial services, or tech sectors Strong commercial acumen and experience managing high-value B2B partnerships Solid understanding of the crypto landscape, including custody, liquidity, trading platforms, and regulations Ability to independently drive projects from sourcing to execution Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Passion for the crypto industry and belief in its future potential Nice to Have Experience with crypto liquidity providers, custodians, brokers, or blockchain infrastructure companies Knowledge of cryptoasset regulatory frameworks Experience with SQL or data analysis to evaluate partnership performance We prioritize our team’s diversity and inclusion, believing it fosters innovation and excellence.
