About The Role

Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the company as a whole. These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams.

Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a commercial perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work within the Growth Partnerships team and form strategic partnerships with airports. You\’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, Communications, and Analytics teams to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation and customer acquisition.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance Revolut\’s value proposition/awareness
  • Identifying and securing sponsorships and advertising opportunities to enable Revolut to connect with millions of passengers
  • Negotiating contracts and tailoring packages to align with the needs of the business whilst ensuring maximum value generation and optimising cost
  • Tracking sponsorship trends to keep offerings competitive and innovative
  • Diving into various project and team needs, to understand business requirements and negotiate terms that\’ll support our operations and objectives
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring sponsor objectives are met and customer experiences are enhanced
  • Running RFPs where relevant to identify the most suitable partners
  • Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting forward-looking analysis on current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvements

What You\’ll Need

  • 2–4 years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or event management, with a proven track record of securing sponsorship deals
  • The ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
  • Fluency in English with impeccable communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
