About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. You'll oversee topics related to consumer duty and how it impacts the business so we can continue to deliver outstanding value to customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
  • Designing or enhancing existing controls that are effective and efficient in ensuring Revolut continues to comply with consumer protection-related obligations
  • Understanding the regulatory environment and preparing Revolut to comply with requirements and industry standards to support delivery of good outcomes to customers
  • Providing SME advice to product departments as an escalation pathway on consumer protection
  • Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
  • Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
  • Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
  • Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
  • A solid track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
  • An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
  • Experience with process building or uplifts to drive compliance programmes
  • Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
  • Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
