About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence.

From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth.

Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a result‑oriented Senior Tax Manager to lead various indirect tax advisory and optimisation projects and audits.

You'll support global expansion and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Partnering with the wider business to confirm fact patterns specific to new initiatives, and assessing related indirect tax implications, including indirect tax profiles of new entities
  • Conducting technical research analysis in relation to ad hoc projects
  • Identifying indirect tax opportunities, and building and running models for optimisation
  • Assessing and managing risks appropriately, and managing tax advisor engagements
  • Implementing appropriate control frameworks and policies
  • Overseeing indirect tax filing requirements for a subset of registrations globally, with assistance from outside advisors
  • What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of indirect tax experience
  • Extensive technical knowledge of indirect taxes
  • A proven track record in indirect tax compliance and advisory, preferably with global outreach
  • Impressive analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience within a fast‑growing organisation in financial services or fintech
  • The ability to express complex indirect tax matters in a simple and concise manner
  • Great Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to build and run indirect tax models
