About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. In order to build a top sales organisation, we need a world‑class Sales Enablement team to build the structures and support to scale our teams. We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to scale our knowledge management within the department. You'll be developing, implementing, and facilitating a world‑class knowledge infrastructure, ensuring every piece of information is high‑quality and consistent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing a high-impact knowledge management framework that transforms how our Sales team accesses and consumes critical information
  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales knowledge base to ensure that playbooks and market intelligence are discoverable, accurate, and actionable
  • Enforcing global content standards and style guides to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional quality across internal knowledge assets
  • Facilitating low-friction communication channels, such as AI agent‑based information discovery and searchable integrations, to optimise how knowledge is delivered
  • Partnering with Sales leadership and the Product Strategy team to identify critical knowledge gaps and bridge them with high‑quality content
  • Analysing content engagement metrics and search data to prove the ROI of initiatives and continuously refine the resource library

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, knowledge management, or internal communications within a fast‑scaling tech environment
  • Experience designing scalable information architectures, specifically using taxonomies and metadata schemas to ensure intuitive navigation for global, cross‑functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency with content management systems, and a deep understanding of how to optimise information architecture for searchability
  • Fluency in English with the ability to translate complex technical updates into persuasive, sales‑ready messaging
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain a high level of organisation and rigorous data analyses
  • Extensive experience managing the content lifecycle
  • The ability to oversee multiple high‑priority workstreams and manage complex projects without losing sight of the strategic goal
  • Experience organising knowledge with Google and Atlassian tools

Nice to have:

  • A proven track record of running a knowledge management service supported by a matrix organisation
  • Experience structuring atomic content and metadata specifically for large language models (LLMs) or AI‑powered internal search discovery
  • The ability to interpret search‑intent data and search‑failure reports to identify critical content gaps and prioritise the knowledge roadmap

Compensation range:

  • Krakow: PLN13,600 - PLN16,000 gross monthly
  • Poland: PLN13,600 - PLN16,000 gross monthly
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
