About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to ensure compliance with UK regulatory reporting standards. You’ll be supporting the preparation and management of regulatory reporting submissions, including CoRep, FinRep, and statistical reporting to the PRA and Bank of England.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the end‑to‑end production of external regulatory reporting and internal MI, including Bank of England statistical reporting, FinRep, CoRep, and PRA110
- Driving best practices by establishing and maintaining robust control and governance frameworks for regulatory submissions
- Ensuring regulatory deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs to guarantee consistent preparation and disclosure of regulatory information
- Explaining complex regulatory concepts, capital calculations, and metrics to key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and ExCo
- Evaluating and interpreting new or changing regulatory reporting rules
- Analyzing the regulatory reporting impact of new product implementations
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting within a UK‑regulated bank
- Expertise in applying best‑practice processes and elevated control awareness to a growing function
- Knowledge of Basel 3, CRD IV, and CRR rules, including CoRep and FinRep requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex issues
- Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- A track record of identifying, driving, and implementing operational change
- Proficiency with data warehouses, SQL queries, and modern reporting solutions
Nice to have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Experience working within a challenger bank
