- Coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, overseeing performance, training, and development.
- Managing your team's performance to create a best‑in‑class sales team.
- Creating best practices across the entire sales process.
- Taking responsibility for the team's targets, discovering growth opportunities, and striving for record growth quarter upon quarter.
- Creating a culture of high performance and living Revolut's values.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- 4+ years of experience within a similar role.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Experience working within a performance management culture.
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales.
- A keen interest in commencing a career in a high‑performing sales culture.
