About the role
The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that is people-centric and value-adding. We’re looking for a highly experienced People Mobility Partner with a strong focus on immigration compliance, work permits, and relocation management to support our fast-growing teams. You’ll be the expert driving our immigration processes, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the end-to-end life cycle of assignments. As a key player in the People team, you’ll directly impact our ability to bring the best talent into our company and make their relocation experience seamless and compliant. You'll own all aspects of immigration, including work permits, relocations, business travel, and employee support throughout the assignment process.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end management of global mobility operations, focusing on UK work permits, relocations, and business travel.
- Ensuring 100% immigration compliance for all inbound and outbound moves, meeting all local regulations.
- Overseeing the entire immigration process for international assignments, from initial case management to completion.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for HR Operations, recruiters, and hiring managers on matters related to visas, work permits, and relocation.
- Coordinating and managing external legal counsel on case loads, legal spend, invoicing, and payments related to immigration.
- Developing and maintaining procedures and processes to ensure ongoing immigration compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborating with HR Ops, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure smooth relocation and immigration processes.
- Monitoring and tracking immigration policy changes, updating processes to maintain compliance at all times.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries regarding visa and relocation issues, providing guidance and support.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in global mobility and immigration management, ideally in a high-growth multinational company.
- Expertise in UK immigration laws and work permits.
- Experience managing the end-to-end UK immigration process.
- A deep understanding of global mobility, assignment life cycles, and business travel management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely processing of relocation and visa cases.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying improvements in immigration processes.
