Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. We're looking for an Operations Manager to build high‑stakes FinCrime systems from zero to one. You'll be designing, automating, and scaling workflows that protect our global customer base.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building complex FinCrime systems from the ground up
  • Eliminating manual friction with end‑to‑end automated solutions
  • Driving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets
  • Taking full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global execution
  • Collaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • A solid track record of leading complex, high‑stakes projects end to end
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed
  • Fluency in English

Compensation range:

  • Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly
  • Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
