Our Internship Programme is designed for ambitious students who want to make their summer count. Over 8–10 paid weeks, you'll work on real projects, tackle meaningful challenges, and develop your skills alongside industry experts. About the role
Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher. We're looking for Product Design Interns who want to create user-centred experiences, solve design challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that customers love.
Join us from anywhere
The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. We'll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You'll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What you'll be doing
- Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address customer needs
- Supporting research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Applying insights to iterate on designs and improve user experience
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship impactful features
- Presenting findings and design proposals to stakeholders
- Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and sharing updates with global teams
- Receiving feedback and guidance through regular reviews to support your development
What you'll need
- To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related field, graduating in 2028
- A predicted first-class degree (or equivalent grade)
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for design, innovation, and creating customer-first experiences
- To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
- Fluency in English
- Full-time availability for summer 2027
- The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
Nice to have
- Fluency in other languages
- Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup
Compensation range
Poland: PLN9,500 - PLN9,500 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
