About the role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for a proactive Business Risk Manager to build best-in-class frameworks and directly manage the controls that take our third-party risk environment to the next level. Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving continuous improvement of third-party risk management processes
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks identified via risk and control testing during onboarding, monitoring, and off-boarding processes
- Designing, implementing, and testing controls
- Defining third-party risk management policies, procedures, and playbooks
- Maintaining and reviewing key risk indicators
- Registering risk events and managing risk incident reports
- Building relationships with business stakeholders and 2LoD colleagues, reporting to various committees on key matters related to third-party risk management
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in risk management or management consulting, preferably in financial services
- To be a subject-matter expert in outsourcing and third-party risk management
- Impeccable data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
- The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
- An organised and methodological approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Fundamental knowledge of FCA and PRA outsourcing and TPRM regulations
- Proficiency in SQL
