Over 8-10 paid weeks, you'll work on real projects, tackle meaningful challenges, and develop your skills alongside industry experts.

About the role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut.

They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - collaborating across design, engineering, and data to build features our customers love.

We're looking for Product Owner Interns (UX) who are curious, analytical, and passionate about user experience.

You'll learn how to guide collaboration and create products used worldwide.

The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK.

We'll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply).

You'll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

  • What you'll be doing
  • Supporting senior Product Owners with product strategy, roadmaps, and feature planning
  • Gathering and analysing data, including user feedback and market insights, to inform decisions
  • Collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch
  • Creating clear product requirements and ensuring smooth implementation
  • Conducting user testing and iterating on features based on results
  • Tracking progress, sharing updates with global teams, and presenting outcomes
  • Receiving regular feedback to accelerate your development
  • What you'll need
  • To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e. g., computer science, maths, physics, economics, or another STEM subject), graduating in 2028
  • A predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent grade)
  • Great analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer experience
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Full-time availability for summer 2027
  • The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN9,200 - PLN9,200 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN9,200 - PLN9,200 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
