About the role
The Communications team makes sure every message counts. They turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that resonate across the business and beyond. By shaping how Revolut speaks to the world, they connect teams, amplify our brand, and ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. We're looking for a Communications Manager to play a vital role in shaping our story, overseeing and managing media engagement in Northern Europe (UK, IE, Nordics) and creating impactful messaging and campaigns that resonate worldwide. You’ll drive high-profile communications projects, collaborating with senior leaders to amplify Revolut's reputation.
What you'll be doing
- Shaping narratives around regulatory milestones and executive positioning to develop stories that resonate with everyday customers
- Being a point of contact for media enquiries, building genuine relationships with journalists
- Creating and executing communications strategies for announcements in the region
- Partnering with Communications Managers in the region and supporting their markets from a communications perspective
- Working closely with adjacent teams across the business, giving advice on reputational impact (Internal Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, etc.)
- Ensuring efficient processes and workflows to maximise the impact of corporate communications efforts
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in communications, either in an agency or in-house
- A proven track record of successful media handling, including building relationships with journalists and managing high-pressure situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for taking complex information and making it accessible and compelling
- An international mindset, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and work across multiple markets
- A creative approach paired with solid analytical skills to tackle challenges from multiple angles
- Experience executing corporate and consumer communication strategies
- A willingness to roll your sleeves up and take an active role in projects
